On September 30, 2008, Allscripts, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (“Allscripts”), completed the previously announced sale of the assets comprising Allscripts’ Physicians Interactive business to Perseus Acquisition, Inc. for $11,500,000 in cash.
