Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously disclosed, on August 17, 2026, the Company announced that members of the Company's management would participate in the 2026 Jefferies Healthcare Services and Technology Conference in Nashville, Tennessee on September 15, 2026 and the Deutsche Bank 2026 Healthcare Summit in New York, New York on September 16, 2026.
On September 8, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing an updated presentation time for the 2026 Jefferies Healthcare Services and Technology Conference. The Company's fireside chat, previously scheduled for 4:10 PM CT on September 15, 2026, will now take place at 3:35 PM CT on September 15, 2026. This update relates solely to the timing of the Company's presentation at the Jefferies conference and does not affect the previously announced details regarding the Deutsche Bank 2026 Healthcare Summit.
