The new solution coordinates outpatient care across healthcare settings. Allscripts Care Director extends the Allscripts Care Management™ suite, enabling true care coordination across all settings: home care, physician practices, hospitals, post-acute care facilities, and community services. Patient information can be imported directly into Care Director, or pulled from Sunrise Clinical Manager™ or certain other third-party EHR systems via Allscripts Care Management™.
